Festival Information

The Irish Fest in the Forest was historically held yearly as a street-style Irish music and dance festival focusing on family friendly entertainment and furthering all things Irish. After spending many years in Moore Square in downtown Raleigh where it was known as the Raleigh Irish Music Festival, the event moved to Wake Forest and became the Feis in the Forest. After another rebranding it is now known as the Irish Fest in the Forest. The Ancient Order of Hibernians, along with numerous sponsors, host this event.
